What really makes me laugh fit to cry is that so much is invested in worrying about climate change yet virtually nothing in the real menace which is overpopulation.

have you noticed that the repugs are concerned about the evils of birth control, they want more good little christians and the devil with over population

also, i caught an interesting piece on cnn about travel and water usage at resorts

it was talking about how many people do not have enough or clean drinking water and how guests of resorts should cut back on how much water that they use in consideration of the people in the area

the current drought only highlights just how bad the water situation in the world is and that it will only get worse if the climate continues to get warmer

can we say wars fought over water?

If you want to know where all the rain has gone well we have had bucket loads since May, it has mostly stopped in time for the Olympics.

They're both a huge menace, however, climate change will take care of the population don't you think? Of course the rich won't pay with their lives....

I disagree over population is a far greater danger and likely to happen in the next 20 years. It is all about cause and effect, increasing population causes more and resources to be used, more cars, more food and more water needed.
