Clint Eastwood is a genius!

the chair, Obama, liberals.....none of them have answers to the questions asked......I wonder if the teleprompter could have done a better job if it had been plugged in.....

The "Empty Chair" is synonymous with Clint Eastwood

SYNONYMOUS
1. (of a word or phrase) having the same or nearly the same meaning as another word or phrase in the same language.
2. closely associated with or suggestive of something.

Eastwood and the empty chair are not synonymous in any way. Eastwood might be synonymous with the use of an empty chair to represent Obama; but the article itself (the empty chair) has always been, and will always be, synonymous with Obama.

Trivia in years to come might ask; Who was "The 'Empty Chair' President?" :D

if an empty chair is synonymous with Clint Eastwood, then an empty bar stool is synonymous with Chuck Norris.....

an empty bicycle seat is synonymous with Lance Armstrong.....

Even many republicans are asking what the hell was Eastwoodie doing.

No, a lot of republicans didn't get it at first, and I was a little reluctant myself. But that is what is so genius and brilliant about it. I can certainly imagine, when the dude painted the Mona Lisa, people around back then probably said...meh, it's a nice portrait... no big deal. But art has a funny way of ruminating over time in your soul, and the more you view it, the more profoundly it impacts, if it is truly great art. So this is not uncommon at all with masterpieces. The same can be said for the works of Motzart... Elvis... The Beatles... Andy Warhol... Orson Wells... any great artist, really.

As time has gone by, even people who weren't impressed with Clint's 'performance' have come to realize this was an 80-something-year-old man up there, who we are used to seeing as an actor or director with a script, doing a bit of ad lib improvisation; and when we take into consideration these circumstances and examine the context of his message, a completely different impression begins to emerge. Liberals want to ignore that context and the message, and focus on an old man who flew from California to Tampa at the last minute and had to deliver an 11-minute speech to a live audience, without rehearsal or a script, and probably a slight case of jet lag. Fucking Obama would have not even been coherent in such a circumstance... but then, he is synonymous with an empty chair!

Yeah, they got the comedic genius of it so much they cut Eastwood from the montage of their convention.

See Dixie
See Dixie polish a turd
Polish, Dixie, polish!

Why would they cut out the Clint segment if it was really the convention's brilliant crown jewel??

It's a mystery.

:rofl2:

What can I say? They are idiots who obviously don't see the brilliant genius in the art.

I don't have to polish anything. I didn't make this go viral. I am not the one keeping it a continuous topic for weeks after the fact. It speaks for itself, I merely pointed out the brilliance of what Clint Eastwood did. He spanked and blistered Obama's ass, and you libtards can't destroy his career or do much of anything except lob insults at the man for being a geezer. Wonder how that's playing with the 'over 65' crowd? He did in 11-minutes, what no Republican politician has been able to do in 6 years, and can't get away with still! He dared to ridicule The Messiah!

In true Eastwood fashion, what is so artistically exceptional, is how he has left you without a move. All you can do, is continue to drone on about how he was a very typical senior citizen, and how ridiculous he was, what a spectacle... you are doing irreparable harm to your own image, as you chortle along for yet another week about it. I think it's fucking GENIUS on Eastwood's part, and hat's off to him!

Keep flailing! Keep genuinely insulting every senior citizen in America! Just keep running you putrid liberal mouths! I'm sure Clint is laughing his ass off, along with the rest of us Conservatives, at how you've demonstrated your lack of respect and true character.

Why did the RNC leave the Clint section out of their convention montage? Is the RNC too stupid to see the 'art brilliance' you're seeing?

:rofl2:

Major players in the Republicn party said it derailed the message, I would love to see your proof Dixie, that Republicans see it as genius!

Like I said, you are the only one polishing that turd, the majority of Republicans wish to forget it! Wish it never happened!

Hmmm... "Brilliant crown jewel?" I don't believe anyone has said that. The "brilliant crown jewel" by far, was Paul Ryan's speech. Eastwood's performance was just a masterful smackdown of Obama, in a way that no Republican politician could have ever gotten away with. It was brilliant, it was genius as a matter of fact... as demonstrated by the continued conversations across the social media. But make no mistake, it wasn't the "crown jewel" or centerpiece of anything.

But see... again, we reveal a terrible problem liberals seem to have... you don't listen. You hear what you want and run with it!

Majority? You have some poll or survey to back that up? Or is this just what Chris Matthews said?

Again, I wish you fuckwits would learn how to listen and stop reading shit that isn't posted. I never said that Republicans saw Eastwood's performance as genius. I gave my opinion it was brilliant artistic genius, and I stand by that opinion.

EMPTY CHAIR = OBAMA! Thank Eastwood for that!

I do not watch Chris Matthews. I researched the topic and find more criticism of Eastwood than those touting his genius.

You present the facts to back up your claim, which is a turd.

So much was it a turd and NOT a jewel that's it was left on the cutting room floor when they made the montage. Warp and twist as you might - and you're the one who's calling it 'genius', rube - no one else here is - there it lies on the floor, in a heap.

:rofl2:

So Ryan's speech, which has been proven almost entirely false, not just factually incorrect mind you, but purposefully misleading, is a "brilliant crown jewel"?

Have you no honor, man?

Oh no doubt... like I pointed out earlier, when Orson Wells did War of the Worlds, he got harsh criticism for it. People literally burned Beatles records. TV wouldn't show Elvis from the waist down. Mozart was thought to be a musical illiterate. Gram Parsons and Townes Vand Zant never were given their due credit while living. This is COMMON with ART! In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find ANY art that was immediately and universally recognized and embraced for it's genius and creative brilliance. The fact that Eastwood gets bad reviews from your (mainly liberal) sources, is not a big surprise to me. Sorry!

Not a goddamn thing in Ryan's speech "has proven to be almost entirely false," that is YOUR claim, and it has proven to be inaccurate and wrong. Now you can run around pretending you have the authority to determine what is fact and what isn't, but that doesn't impress me. That's pretty much all you've been doing the past 20 years, it's not new.

No, in fact only one thing he said has turned out to be true. The speech itself was almost entirely false, not any one point.
It is a matter of public record, not debateable. This is why so many people know you are insane, you deny reality on a regular basis.
