CNN: Judge rules Fanny stays on the case!

I think Willis will see it as a vote of no confidence and resign. Either way it's a win for Trump. Everything will now go on hold until a new prosecutor is brought in and is ready to proceed.
I don’t think Willis will resign. I saw her testimony and I don’t think she’ll resign.

1) on the verge of trial, yes.

2) A prosecutor works differently than a civil trial lawyer, I know, I have done both jobs.

3) I have, and I have seen civil trial lawyers get themselves up-to-date on a case in a very few short days before.

4) The Georgia case against Donald Trump is nowhere near being on the verge of trial.
I saw Jack Smith hit the ground running. I hope the GA RiCO case is the same.

There are two other prosecutors on the case and so far only Wade resigned. Why do you think there will be a delay?

He resigned as prosecutor on the case, but I’d bet money he sticks around for a bit to brief the others who are still on the case anything they are not fully up to speed on. He will always be available for a briefing or questions.

How many of you were Trumpped?

Every single time you get Trumpped.

Another corrupt Judge? Hahahahahahahahaha!

The Judge did not rule Fatty Willis could stay on the case. He ruled either Wade or Willis has to go. Wade has since resigned from the case. But Wade could have stayed and Willis could have left the case.

Right, so he ruled that Fanny Willis could stay.

I hope so, that makes sense.

I'd be surprised if she doesn't think about it. The judge scalded her. I don’t mean resign as DA, but withdraw from participation in the case.

They had a personal relationship which means nothing about the case. The case is run by evidence. It was bad for appearances, but nothing else.

‘Delays’ not my best choice of words. But admittedly, I’m no legal scholar.
Maybe , “It’ll take a while “ is better?

Okay. I'm not a lawyer but thought it would work like the 2nd string quarterback in football. He can go in whenever the starter gets injured because he knows all the plays.
