Like we needed a poll to tell us that.

52 percent of Americans said President Barack Obama doesn't deserve reelection in 2012, according to a new poll.

44 percent of all Americans said they would vote to reelect the president in two and a half years, less than the slight majority who said they would prefer to elect someone else.

Obama faces a 44-52 deficit among both all Americans and registered voters, according to a CNN/Opinion Research poll released Tuesday. Four percent had no opinion.

At least one retiring lawmaker is confident Obama will sail to reelection, with Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) predicting Monday the president would win "overwhelmingly" in 2012.

I see Sen. Dodd is still in denial, like the captain of the Titanic

that's because a blank ticket is alot better than anyting the repubs have to offer. Show me a poll that shows Obama losing to any republican.

Palin would lose by more than Carter did.
Though it would be very comical and I hope she runs or at least seeks the nomination before she quits yet again.

Exactly. As soon as direct comparisons are made to Republican candidates Obama's poll #'s go up. There's only one Republican candidate who really stands a chance against Obama and the right wing of the party will destroy Romney's chances. The Republican base hasn't gotten it into their head that the American publich will gladly re-elect Obama over any wingnut.

Liberals have not gotten it their head, that you are going to be tossed out of office during the next elections. Does the name Sen. Scott Brown ring any bells? A Republican voted in to replace the most famous liberal senator of all time from Massachusetts, and you think people are going to vote Obama back in.

She beats the light skinned negro any day of the week.
LOL It aint gonna happen. The Republicans are the party of primogeniture. Even if she had Obama's education and Mark Warner's executive experience and Collin Powells leadership skills she couldn't get nominated. Just aint gonna happen. Even if it did it she would get beat so badly it would go down as the greatest landslide defeat in modern Presidential History. She'd lose by more then what McGovern did.

Oh yea.....the nation is just running away scared from you wingnuts.

The poll that matters is the one in November of 12'
No kiddin? I'd of never have guessed that! :pke:

A lot can happen in 3 years. I see shades of Clinton here. I expect that Obama will come storming back towards the center. If he's as smart as Clinton was (is) he'd find a way, like Clinton did, to co-op the Republicans agenda.
