As Trump revenge prosecution goes to court, there is no doubt this will be tossed out by the judge before it even reaches trial. The compounding stupidity of Trump and his Admin has doomed it.

Whether it is for Vindictive Prosecution, a defense that fails in 99% of cases but so clear here due to Trumps stupidity that it will likely succeed...

Or

It is because Trumps defense lawyer was not properly appointed and legally in her position and thus any prosecution she signed on to is not valid...

Or

Because there simply is no case here as the incompetent Trump team simply is unable to read the clear words of McCabe and Comey which make clear there was no perjury...

The only real question here is will this prosecution out last this lettuce head wilting?

The only other question at issue is how much magats will cry unfair, blame the judge, blame the deep State, and acknowledge anything but Trump and his admins stupidity as to why this case failed.

Trump believes Comey said bad things about him and wants revenge for that so he was searching for anything, real or fake, he could force his prosecution over.

The same thing Trump is trying to do with Tish James and others who we will also see his revenge prosecutions over.
 
For those unaware the below shows how deranged and stupid and baseless this prosecution is and why not one single magat on this forum or who goes on TV will quote or state what they say was the actual lie Comey said...


This line by Cruz, is the basis for this Prosecution and has already been proven to be inaccurate.

Ted Cruz is absolutely wrong in his conclusion as both things can be true and by the testimony given both were true. McCabe used his discretion based on things within his power to release the information, and then informed Comey after the fact, once it was done and Comey replied 'ok' since that was within McCabe's duties and powers to do.

So being 'ok' with what was done after the fact is NOT authorizing it being done in advance, as Cruz wrongly asserted.

Trumps demand for revenge on Comey is based on a lie. A mistaken read of what McCabe said and Comey replied, in a erroneous question asked by Ted Cruz.

Ted Cruz simply got the question wrong and based on his mistaken framing of that question Trump and idiots in his Admin are pushing are wrongful criminal case for 'lying to Congress'.

NO one who reads the actual statement by McCabe and the reply by Comey thinks Comey actually did lie. NOT ONE PERSON. It is only those who only read the mistaken summary by Ted Cruz who do.

In court, it will not be Ted Cruz's mistaken summary that will be presented and will be the actual words of McCabe and Comey, which leads to dismissal for the case being without foundation.

That is if it is not dismissed for about 3 other reasons prior.

Those who follow him often exhibit the same traits. Some are simply weak-minded man-children while some are truly evil. I expect those around the evil ones know it and have thoughts about sending them off to be judged by God.
