Cute but it's photoshopped. The lettering about "stupid shit" is superimposed on the window without any underlying bumper sticker, etc., and it's slightly out of line / perspective with the rest of the photo.

JPGs uses 8x8, 16x16 or 32x32 blocks to compress the images to save disk spaces.

That is why you see those blocks in low or med quality videos.
