Not really...

Those who support the drug war did this. Don't scapegoat the cops. Maybe, you can blame her parents for not being rich and above suspicion? That might work for you moral cowards.

BILLINGS A 12-year-old girl suffered burns to one side of her body when a flash grenade went off next to her as a police SWAT team raided a West End home Tuesday morning.

"She has first- and second-degree burns down the left side of her body and on her arms," said the girl's mother, Jackie Fasching. "She's got severe pain. Every time I think about it, it brings tears to my eyes."

No arrests were made during the raid and no charges have been filed.

He did this very thing himself in a thread of his on which I had JUST proven his errors. That is the SOLE reason I chose the title and without being called on it at all I noted that I did "not really" mean it.

I stand behind the charge that those who support the drug war are responsible. This is a DIRECT result of the policies they support. Anybody wants to debate that, bring it! That's not trolling.

You might argue they should stop the SWAT tactics but that then puts officers in danger, which is not a very good alternative.

Bullshit. As of yet, I see no proof that they behaved negligently and even if they had that is weak. Cops make mistakes, just as soldiers do. Blaming them for the policies they are directed to implement is cowardly. You go be a chickenshit based on your own partisan knee jerk bullshit if you like.

This is Obama's fault! This is Bush's fault! It is the fault of every person that supports the failed war on drugs and demands that it be continued in their names.

SWAT teams are extremely common now. I mean, you could maybe fallback to arguing against there use entirely, but obviously there is going to be some collateral damage when they are deployed. You cannot just blame this on the cops. That gets us nowhere and it is stupid!
