Constitutional Question for the Lawyer/s on the site...

The US Constitution was changed to allow Women the right to vote (Amendment 19), this made it so that Men and Women (Male and Female) were the two genders allowed to vote per the constitution. Until just recently this covered everybody, but not so much anymore.

So, if folks are a new gender, and are not men or women (male or female), do we need a new Amendment to grant those new folks the right to vote or do we just ignorantly go by their Birth Assigned genders and just act like it isn't like calling them by their Dead Name?

No

Given the number of transgendered people in the nation as a percentage of the population,
if we were to just leave all of them the fuck alone,
how would it impact our lives at all?

We had one at work.
One obvious one sold me a pair of suspenders, a pocket square, and a scarf at Macy's on West 34th Street.
There's one wrestling on TV--I think it's AEW--when I'm seriously desperate for something to watch.

That, to my knowledge, is my total experience with them in almost seventy-five years.

If they all vote for TDAK in the next elections, we wouldn't even notice.

You have met more trans gender people than you realize

Including very hot people you couldn’t tell were trans

Even if this is true, 'vince, they're not exactly setting the direction of my life.

Don't we have more immediate problems to consider?
I'm not saying we should harass them. I'm certainly opposed to that.
I'm saying that we don't really need to do anything.
Just afford everybody equal status under the law.

Yes my friend

Just fair and equal treatment for EVERYONE is all we need

I personally don’t care about anyone’s sex proclivities

Gay, straight, male, female

I’m married

One vote per person says nothing about what sex they are since the 19th was passed. Your sex is no factor and you are not tested for what sex you are.
