CONSUMER PRICE INDEX: MORE BAD NEWS THANKS TO PRES.MORON

You run your big mouth, but you lack the courage to back it up.

That's why you were cowering in your parents' basement on 1/6.

^^^^^^^HYSTERICALLY FUNNY...YOU POOR LITTLE ANGRY BITCH...

THE POINT:

US inflation jumps to 4.2%; wage increases at .07%.

Americans are stuck paying the consequences for LEFTIDIOCY...as always..

Yeah, because we are now emerging from more than 15 months of lockdowns, so demand is higher, and that demand is driving up prices.

I can't help it if you've never taken a Macroeconomics class in your life, and can't wrap your big, fat, empty head around supply and demand.

Prices going up because of increased demand isn't inflation, it's capitalism.

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about.

ECONOMIC DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE DRACONIAN SHUT DOWNS ARE ALSO THE DUNCE-O-CRATS' DOING.

We entered into a recession before any COVID lockdowns started:

It's official: Recession began in February, ending longest U.S. expansion ever

And manufacturing was in a recession for all of 2019, a year before COVID was even a thing:

U.S. manufacturing was in a mild recession during 2019, a sore spot for the economy

US STOCKS-Futures slip with focus on inflation report

May 12 (Reuters) - U.S. stock index futures slipped on Wednesday as investors cautiously awaited inflation data that could force the Federal Reserve to reconsider its ultra-loose monetary policy.

The U.S. consumer price index (CPI) is expected to rise 0.2% in April after jumping 0.6% in March, while year-over-year CPI is expected to gain 3.6%, data at 8:30 a.m. ET (1230 GMT) is likely to show.

WASHINGTON (AP) —
Gas prices are rising. Auto prices are soaring. Consumer goods companies are charging more for household basics like toilet paper, peanut butter and soft drinks.

All of which is resurrecting fears of an economic threat that has all but disappeared over the past generation: Runaway inflation. It occurs when prices for most goods and services not only rise but accelerate, making the cost of living steadily more expensive and shrinking the purchasing power of Americans’ earnings and savings.

Growing jitters about inflation have contributed to a sharp sell-off in stock prices this week. Any significant acceleration of inflation would exert a drag on the market and potentially imperil the economic recovery.

Right, this is an overblown concern that you are making because you don't understand that demand causes prices to rise.

You caused a recession before any lockdowns started.

PLEASE PROVIDE LINKS SUPPORTING YOUR ERRONEOUS CLAIMS.

YOU HAVE UTTERLY FAILED TO DISAPROVE A SINGLE ONE OF MINE.

You need links to tell you that demand causes prices to rise?

Just take a Macro class.

YOU HAVE UTTERLY FAILED TO DISAPROVE A SINGLE ONE OF MINE.

I did disprove them, you just didn't want to accept it because of how it upsets you so much.

Where were you on 1/6?

NO. YOU NEED THEM TO SUPPORT YOUR SILLY CLAIM THAT THIS "ISN'T INFLATION".

MEANWHLE...ANY "SUPPLY/DEMAND" ISSUES ARE ALSO THE FAULT OF ASININE DEMOCRAT POLICIES , PER THE USELESS SHUTDOWNS THEY FORCED AMERICANS TO ENDURE , ON THE ORDERS OF CONSTANTLY CONFUSED, UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS...

NO. YOU NEED THEM TO SUPPORT YOUR SILLY CLAIM THAT THIS "ISN'T INFLATION".

It isn't inflation for the simple fact that there has been no change to any monetary policy.

Prices rise because of demand.

They will eventually ease as supply is created to fill the demand.

Anyone learns this in a basic economics class.

You're the ones who lied about COVID from Jan-Mar last year, which turned it into a pandemic.

Had you controlled your big mouth, Trump would probably still be President today.

Uh...NO. DEMOCRATS EXHORTED PEOPLE TO GET OUT AND CIRCULATE ,FILLED OUR NURSING HOMES WITH KNOWN CARRIERS, ETC.

THEIR BELOVED SHUT DOWNS ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING COVID WISE, BUT ARE THE REASON THERE ARE "SUPPLY" ISSUES, IN ADDITION TO THE INFLATIONARY POLICIES/ACTIONS OF MORONIC BIDEN ADM.

Not by March.

But in March, you were calling COVID a hoax.

Calling it that is what turned it into a pandemic.

So thanks for nothing.

No, you were calling COVID a hoax long before shutdowns.

YOUR DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE TOPIC FROM YOUR COLLAPSED ECONMOIC CLAIMS, IS DULY NOTED.

The problem is that I've addressed how you don't know anything, you just don't want to accept it because of how fragile you are.

What causes inflation? Not increased demand.
