Since all police do is stand around while kids are being killed, OR they kill the kids themselves and try to cover it up, why do they need to exist at all?
Cops don't prevent crime.
Cops don't stop crime in progress.
Cops don't have an obligation to protect you.

First of all, we don't know that the mass shooter killed all the people who ended up dead because the cops are refusing to release their bodycam footage and have already lied about what happened; Abbott is circling the wagons around state agencies, and the school district and police department of Uvalde refuse to give any details.
Cops lie ALL THE TIME, and they're obviously lying about this.

And what is there to investigate? We already know why he did it, how he did it, what he did it with, and that the cops did nothing to stop him.
