Only problem is that US Blacks are not intelligent. Average IQ = 85 (and that's a generous figure). The "Black Community" is not too bright. They have lots of other cognitive deficiencies as well, like high behavioural impulsivity and poor self-control. This is why when you make the mistake of granting them the 2nd Amendment Right, they lack the capacity to exercise it responsible and thus they start murdering each other "en masse" with firearms.
