Trump knew from the very beginning just how deadly Covid would be, and that was his time to act. Instead he downplayed the dangers, and acted as though it was no big deal. Had he acted properly in the beginning we would not have had over 1 million deaths.

He should have started by telling us all the truth and how dangerous Covid would be.Then he should have addressed international flights into the US, while making sure Americans took safety precautions.

He did stop all flights coming from China. It was nancy pelousy who was upset that Trump stopped those flights.

You are as usual delusional. Many many, businesses shuttered. However, we got a lot more employment than we had at that time. Think about it. Greater employment than when the shut down happened.
