My question was, and still is, why did only ONE cop shoot ONE round when they were so outnumbered?

I've seen where one man with a shotgun standing on his porch was shot at 60+ times, yet
only hit 8 or 10 times by a over dozen cops. The house was riddled with bullet holes.

1. The "cop" failed to try to get her attention and use less than lethal force. She being unarmed and not an immediate threat to him or others required he do that. He didn't even try.

2. After shooting her, he fled the scene.
