Pretty hard for Lil Kim to test Biden anywhere near as much as he has embarrassed the orange turd.

It's always been the policy of America to give NK absolutely no credibility by meeting with them. Cheeto proclaimed his love for Kim more than once, and was the subject of numerous photo ops for N. Korean propaganda.
