We were talking about tolerance. You said that 2 liberals throwing pies was an example of liberal intolerance.

I would argue that thousands of conservative hacks organizing boycotts & hurling death threats at the Dixie Chicks, simply for stating an opinion & with the sole purpose of trying to get that opinion silenced, is a more glaring example of intolerance, and much more chilling, if you believe in American ideals.

I came to say hi to Mainman and decided to hang around

From what I can see, this is a heavy liberal board and you would rather have it all liberal so you can have a mutual admiration society

Funny, there's an actual internal memo that MSNBC execs wrote, about not wanting to have anti-war voices on the network and deciding to get rid of Phil Donahue. You know, actual proof. And you ignored that, and came up with this Drudge BS story.

Wow, and I swear to God I would have bet good money that no one could be a bigger hack than Dixie.

Phil was canned bcause Bill O' Reilly crushed him in the ratings. Right now, Bill REPEAT gets 2 to 3 times the ratings then the shows on CNN and MSNBC

The source makes sense given the huge liberal slant and Obama cheering NBC is known for

Actually, this place is better at trying to pidgeonhole people and wants only extremes of each side.

Cons claim everyone who disagrees with them are liberals. Libs claim everyone who disagrees with them are conservatives.

There are several centrists here. We just tend to get slapped by both sides.
