Cracker Barrel: We listened to you, today Duck Dynasty stuff goes back in stores

I've only eaten there a couple of times and after looking at the menu I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything else looked like it would bust your arteries wide open.

Not really, I'm just pretty observant. If you hadn't started posting about Darla and poet, you'd still be under my radar.

And especially when you jumped on the "trash Darla" bandwagon, because she was banned when you joined and has only been posting for a couple of days since the ban was over. And her posts weren't directed at you.

This was a tell, Ish. "Poor Darla. Always a victim."

Each summer I travel to Ct. There's a Cracker Barrel there. It's homestyle cooking that...as has been mentioned here....will kill you if you made a steady diet of it.

Typically, my food is lukewarm at best.

2 years ago, there was a sign hanging in the vestibule....it notified customers that CB serves people of all races/religions.

I found that odd, until I got home and Googled it.

In the Southern stores, overt racism is the norm at CB. Unfortunately for them, they picked the wrong Negro to piss off, after years of lawsuits/complaints that were ignored.

Rose Rock and her 21-year-old daughter visited the Cracker Barrel chain's restaurant in April. They allege they were the only blacks in the building and ignored for half an hour before anyone served them. Rose claims she asked the manager about the delay and was told they could have a free meal





Which explains why CB was quick to put DD's stuff back on sale.

It wasn't on the menu but it was the least of the worst. Everything on the menu involved creams, gravies, frying, super sizes, etc.

And when I asked about just getting the sandwich, the waitress asked "do you want a side of fries with that"? :D
