Every flu season is a pandemic of this magnitude.
That's the reason why I think you are a hypocrite.
False and ignorant equivalency

What is the safe distance? Are the people in that photo maintaining that distance? Can anyone on a beach really be expected to maintain that distance? While an individual may desire to maintain that distance, all it takes is one person who doesn't.

I know. There's a difference between dancing on the rooftops and dancing on the ledge. I've buried over 30 friends. My friends and other survivors learned the value of "minimal risk" operations.
It is highly likely that this virus has been around since last year. Even officially case zero was detected on 20th January this year. This vaccine bullshit needs to be put to bed! In 2017-18 the vaccine was only 22% effective against Type A H3N2 which was why 80,000 people died in the US alone. I have absolutely no patience for the likes of PoliShitTalker, she's just another bullshitter ignore the bitch!
Another grossly ignorant claim. By code, public buildings have intricate HVAC systems. Couple that with the lines of coolers that are moving the air in the store. There is no 'stagnant' air in the grocery store. And in NY, there is a limit to the number of people in any store at any given time, and there is a specific social distancing requirement at the register. It doesn't matter if they are masked. Stores are a unventilated Covid mecca with aerosolized particles hanging in the air for hours.
The virus particles are so small they travel through any material with ease except an N95 mask. And that still allows 5% through.
Anyone hanging out in a grocery store....is a braindead idiot.
you don't have a clue what live a Buddhist life (Bodhi) is all about. The fact you talk about it but don't express it much through your posting style tells me you're more into the idea of Buddhism than in living it. Your choice...just like those people going to the beach or having parties are making a free choice.
Let me share how to analyze that photo.
Look carefully at the the people.
Great. Have fun. Just fill out one of theseOmg -- have you ever been on a beach before? The winds are so high and the space is so broad, you don't have to encounter anyone except the people you went with.
Are there only igloo-dwellers on this board?
The beach is the LAST place you can catch Covid. If you're that concerned about people spreading it, rally to shut down the grocery stores where people are packed in and lined up like cattle. That's the place to catch it, guar-on-teed.
My mistake for posting the picture direct from a link but without the date. It was a stock photo. https://www.wtae.com/article/some-beaches-in-florida-are-reopening-after-governor-gives-ok/32192992#Hello Dutch Uncle,
Let me share how to analyze that photo.....
...I'm gonna take a watch and wait attitude to this one. We will know in a few weeks. The data won't lie.
you don't have a clue what live a Buddhist life (Bodhi) is all about.
The fact you think you can infer anything from my "posting style" is super hilarious arrogance on your part
Do you think it is easier to catch Covid walking on a beach versus strolling thru a stagnant air grocery store or Target/Walmart?Even without testing we'll start seeing a spike in the death rate.
Playing with people's lives. Unbelievable.

It's getting better in Florida. Get outside, get some salt air and sunshine, get healthy!![]()
It depends on how many of people within . The problem isn't inside or outside, but a chance contact with an infected person. As mentioned previously, it's their choice, but since there is no guarantee of avoiding an infected person. Kids are most likely to become infected first since they don't play by the rules very well. Still, individual freedom comes with individual responsibility.
Jack Kirkpatrick : Shanna, they bought their tickets, they knew what they were getting into. I say, let 'em crash.
Yes, it is.That is a live feed.
At the beach, tiny particles in the air have ventilation and the winds pull them away. Grocery stores are far, far more likely to infect someone with Covid. The aerosolized germs can hang in the air for hours. It depends on how many of people within a square footage of oneself. The fake news can run.....but they can't hide.
Thank You Miss Captain Obvious. That is why I dated the photo!
I was responding to someone who said that the beaches should have never been closed, and that someone's chances of winning the lottery was more likely to happen than catching something from another human.
Here again, you Trumptards are not seeing the larger picture. You can't even see the obvious before you go off half/baked and say something totally tard!
