Of course he is a grifter! But, all his racial and misogyny crap is more about giving his rednecks something that keeps them with a hard-on for him while he is laughing all the way to the bank mustering up every emolument he can take advantage of, while his base is drunk on the presidential win and smashing their political victories in everybody's face- because that's just what they do!.

You are reading too much into trump's philosophy. He was a lefty most of his life., But he discovered going righty would give him more money and power. So he flipped. He cares about you as much as rightys care about immigrants. Trump has no core values, other than if it is good for him, he will do it. He is absolutely not religious, but he pretends well enough to appease the evangelicals. You don't see him in church, just golf courses. He does the minimum that will keep the right wing religious nuts in line. It is all show. he is a showman who knows how to con on a grand scale. That he has in common with the Billy Graham types.
When Ford testified, trump admitteed that she was credible. But he was convinced by handlers that they could successfully swiftboat her. That would save him from a huge political loss. So they went with it and it worked. the fact they put an unqualified emotional wreck on the court did not matter. Brett will follow orders.

All of what is happening is about more power for a small and wealthy section of the people. This is another step for their control. They have the house, senate and executive. they have weakened the CIA and FBI. They now have chopped holes in the Supreme court. It is a powerful movement that is pushing its way through the economy and politics to control. I knew they were trying to get there but i never believed they could do it so fast, Trump was bought off and now we are in trouble. The electoral college and voting machines put him in charge to do their work.

Trump is the symptom of a much larger problem. In pop culture terms, one could liken it to "Negan" from "The Walking Dead".
The "Neganization" of American society is the problem, Trump is merely the standard bearer.

I'm sad that you're cool with your side being haters. I don't expect such a thing from someone who loves to put his hands in soil and grow things. Usually we gardeners rejoice in life, not want to hurt it.

1. You are again wrong about my side. and

2. Even if you were correct about #1, your position has not been supported by the electoral map in forever. The south and fly over country are filled with farmers.
