Obama didn't write the Affordable Care Act. And SCOTUS did not rule it unconstitutional. His attempts to gun grab were unconstitutional, but they also didn't go anywhere. Mostly, you've got nothing but the usual right-wing paranoia.
Trump OTOH complains about the restraints on him. He also denies that there are any restraints on him, that the Constitution allows him to do anything that strikes his fancy. He's clearly both extremely ignorant and dangerously delusional.

WRONG. SCOTUS is not an Oligarchy. They are not above the Constitution. Read Article III of the US Constitution, which specifically places SCOTUS BELOW it.

I didn't watch that speech of his, so idk the context surrounding those words. Without seeing it, my guess is that he was likely saying that he could do "whatever he wants" regarding some specific issue, rather than regarding the Presidency itself.
