No, I think the different sports organizations should continue to test for performance enhancers in a way that attempts to limit the invasions of privacy and protects the integrity of their sports. That is not the issue.
I am appaled by the travesty of justice and witch hunts that are the focus of this organization. They have spent millions and several years attacking Armstrong, not because he cheated more than anyone else, but because he won. He submitted to hundreds of tests throughout his career and passed them all. These organization change the rules on the definition of doping retoactively and have used the threat of imprisonment to badger others into agreeing to whatever charge they level against the focal point. THAT IS THE ISSUE.
All of this because MAYBE he broke the rules of a BICYCLE RACE! If you support this circus/perversion of justice or turn a blind eye to it then you are nothing more than an authoritarian and a pathetic hater.

The report that we paid millions of dollars for, they spent several years compiling and based largely on threatening to imprison his former teammates? No. I don't need to read it to know that it is of little value and not worthy of support from a decent people.
BTW, not a fan of Armstrong or bicycling. I admire his drive and while I realize he may have sought advantages he did comply with the rules that existed at that time. That's all anyone has any right to expect of him.
