Planning to protest in DC isn't terrorism. If it was, then I'm guilty of terrorism for being at the 2010 Restore Sanity Rally. Terrorism should be dealt with the same vigor as removing a black widow spider from a sleeping child's pillow. Drawing a conservative* line between protest and terrorism is not good for the First Amendment.

The premeditation to attack the Capitol in itself is a clear black and white line between unruly protest and terrorism.

Part of the proof is the attack directed on the Vice-President himself. If it was simply to protest the vote in some states, why seek to execute the Vice-President? Unless it was to disrupt the vote. That's a felony. To plan to disrupt the vote should bring more felony charges and convictions.

The videos shows that Democrat funded and supported groups of Antifa and BLM did the rioting, attacking the police and other people, and vandalized the Capitol building. The videos also show the people that were let in by building security, and being WITH SECURITY guards as they wandered through the building.
