D.C.'s Marion Barry arrested again

Not quite....if you thoroughly read the entire Constitution and when the first slaves arrived. The only thing you Pwned is your proud ignorance.

You pwned:
I stand corrected as to [Radical Republicans] being a movement.

What would become Democrats insisted on slavery, didn't want them to vote but wanted to count them for representation purposes, forcing the Founders to a compromise rule. Slavery is a Democrat institution and now they own the black vote by Affirmative Action and doling out welfare, public housing and government jobs. You suck it up like gravy and are a new kind of slave.

Once again, you take a little knowledge and bath it in your opinion. As the previous link provided by Epicurus demonstrated, the Democratic party was at one point a divided party, with one faction holding sway over the others at various crucial points in history. As circumstances evolved, so did the respective Democratic and Republican parties. Since slavery existed in America about a century before either Party came into existence, your statement is not accurate. Eventually, the agriculture power of the Democratic party devolved to Dixiecrats which was diminished to what it is today, while the Radical Republicans were all but replaced by the conservative movement signified by the Nixon era, and topped off by the current new conservatives (aka neocons). Hell, even Wikipedia get's that right: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_Party_(United_States)
[ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_United_States_Republican_Party[/ame]

Your statement above is not wholly accurate.......so once again, you project your personal problems with such neologisms as "pwned" and words as "slave". Again, I have no problem in admitting error and learning from that mistake. You should try it sometimes instead of shrugging acquiesence to insipid stubborness and willful ignorance.

Wow you quoted wiki which itself is pitiful, developed a piss poor apology for the Democrat Party and proved they've got you under their thumb. 'I need that welfare check massah!' Pitiful.

Well, genius....you ignored my other posts links, so I tried to communicate to you on a level you'd understand. As I said, EVEN Wiki gets the info correct on this point (for those who slept through English composition, this means that Wiki is usually filled with errors). Pity our resident willfully ignorant neocon parrot didn't actually READ the links, because he would have found corroboration of many (not all) of his assertions.

Also, isn't it interesting that Southie has initiated and maintained using racial slurs and attitudes targeted at a poster that identifies themselves as a black American? Of course, he started some BS about neocon (new conservatives) being an anti-semetic term to divert attention about his inability to prove his point on one discussion (his proof: his opinion and some blogger's supposition and conjecture). To date, Southie won't answer this question: If what he says is true, then why are the recognized and named leaders of the neocon movment: Cheney, Rove, Murdoch, Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck, Crowley, Maulkin, Buchannan NOT Jewish?

How much do you want to bet Southie will ignore this, shrug, and just repeat his BS? Which is why after kicking his ass, I just move on as he follows me around barking like a bitch in heat.

Your position is that wiki is usually wrong but in this case agrees with you so is correct. LOL

Wrong again, my willfully ignorant neocon parrot. My position is that Wiki (like YOU) contains information that is accurate....but not all the time. To determine this, one has to compare information to other reputable resourses, like these
http://www.historylearningsite.co.uk...rights_act.htm
http://www.answers.com/topic/civil-rights-act-of-1957

Your contentions regarding the Democratic Party and slavery in the US was not wholly accurate (slavery existed in America LONG before the Democratic or Republican parties existed). As information on all sources shows, the evolution of both parties regarding slavery and civil rights results in different ideologies from what they were a century of so ago.....which refutes your description of the current Democratic party.

As the posts show, I admitted my errors with regards to the "Radical Republicans". As the posts show, YOU cannot/will not admit to facts or answer questions on the evidence that contradicts a good portion of your assertions. It also shows your penchant for false accusations and racial slurs. In short, you're irrational.....and not worth any further response.

Again The Southern Man politely asks you to refrain from using that racist term when referring to him: "neocon". If not due to its offensiveness then due to its inaccuracy, unless of course you desire to lose more credibility.

You claim that my post is wrong because slavery existed in the US before the Democrat Party yet it is clear that my position is that in ratifying the Constitution “What would become Democrats insisted on slavery”. And the Democrats are still slavers with their “soft bigotry” policies. *shrug*

The Southern man is an a-typical neocon parrot who gleefully laps up any partisan tunnel vision of history. What has feathers all a twitter is that this latest one sided view (that means it only tells PART of the history, Southie.) reaffirms his assertions. No surprise, being that it's authored by partisan hacks of the neocon driven GOP.....that the authors are black is Southie's perceived "slam dunk".

Someone needs to clue the dumb bastard in.....All he's done is just reiterate the past posts while making the same errors....LEAVING OUT THE FACTS THAT THE CURRENT PARTIES ARE NOT THE SAME AS THOSE THAT EXISTED IN THE 1800'S, OR THE DRAMATIC CHANGES FROM THE 1960's which radically reduced the influence of the Dixiecrats (as well as the all but non-existent "Radical Republicans.

The listings above are a typical neocon misdirection: Pay attention to the questions, which juxtapose the history of the Dem party with the actions of specific individuals at a different period in history (while ignoring the actions of the individual). Typically, the neocons depend upon people NOT paying attention to detail.

Also, someone needs to clue in Southie that just because you're black doesn't mean that your actions automatically equate for the good of the many or voting in your interest....case in point:

LOL so your position is that after more than 100 years of the GOP fighting for civil rights and the Democrats fighting against it then one day they "switched"?

:rolleyes:This is why I keep telling willfully ignorant neocon parrots to READ CAREFULLY AND COMPREHENSIVELY. If they did, the previous posts would show demonstrate Southies distortion of what I wrote (and how he typcially ignores the source information I provide ). The chuckling chowderhead creates his own version of the of reality despite documented posts to the contrary....so much more to pity him.

Have the last predictable word and shrug, Southie.....I'm done making a fool of you here.

In other words, you have no clear position. *shrug*

Blacks don't feel betrayed by Sharpton, Jackson, or Barry. That's just white people talking for black people.

We have the intelligence and wherewithal to create our own heroes, heroines, and leaders. We don't want them created for us.

True enough! What's really fascinating is that when black folk make mistakes on any scale, it's deemed as representative of the entire group....while non-black folk can do the exact same thing yet be counted as individual incidents.

Except, of course, when somebody is making stereotyped nonsense statements like this one.

It amazes me how the two black dudes in this forum will off-offhandedly play the race card and not see how that itself is racist. *shrug*
