Roberts is now officially a Never Trumper. We should see calls shortly to have him hung for sedition. Wait for it.
 
Roberts voted against Trump on this because his incompetent lawyers did not know how to write the case. Roberts gave them guidelines in the decision. It was a blueprint on how to refile and get a different decision. The fact is some judges follow the law. The real problem is the 4 righty judges who voted politically. They did not do their jobs.
 
The problem here is not Trump, it is our crap SCOTUS court, which is now so politically corrupt that it is no longer a functioning court of law.

Hey stupid faggot, Obama ruled by decree to create DACA, repealing an unconstitutional Executive Order isn't acting like a king it's the opposite.

Could this be the same court you raved about when trump named 2 conservative justices?? Or am I thinking of another court.
 
Roberts is a joke the assertion that Executive Orders of a previous administration can not be repealed by the current administration is so unconstitutionally unsound that it proves Roberts is a mental incompetent and needs to be impeached. Trump doesn't need a reason to repeal Executive Order, someone ought to explain to the Constitutional illiterate Roberts the difference between an EO and a Law.

It won't be Trump's court until the baby killing pig Ginsburg dies, Roberts is a fraud and proof that the legacy of Bush is nothing but failure.

As I stated in another thread on this, the court knocked down the Trump administration's process, not that he can get rid of DACA. I'd expect Trump to do the paperwork over and the next time get it right.
