You seem to be on here regularly...Dunno if running this site is just a hobby.

On the other hand we have SR the douchebag who leaves his site to a cocksucker named Harold for months at a time....

I am on vacation today. So I get to be on more than usual. In the past week I was unable to get on nearly as often.

I am a switch engineer. When making changes in the switch you often have to either just sit and watch them perpetuate through other switches, or find something else to do with your mind. This is usually what I choose to do at that time.

However, I recently got a new manager and he is a bit of a "hoverer" so I will likely have less time for y'all in the future.
 
And yes, the site is a hobby as well as a soundboard for ideas. I am likely to run for office in the future, I like to solidify my opinions here. Usually I ask a ton of questions...

well damo running this board was a very good idea...to master the nuances of running for office...I ran for office twice...and believe me what responses and attacks that happen on this board...is about what everyone who runs for public office must endure...this is a good training ground! The only advice would be when you decide to take the bull by the horns...just remember one thing... always stay consistent...never flipflop on positions...this will kill any hope of being elected!:D

Just a little piece of advice your not going to win unless you run as a Republican....

You can run as a libertarian and lose badly if you want but than your just in the game to play and not to win...

This will likely be my next course of action as well. I don't want religious conservativism to completely die out of politics so my second career will likely be a political one.

Absolutely. Never allow yourself to become informed on ANYTHING so that you might one day change your position on something of import.

But if one does their homework before running...the positions they take should be based on logic,law,common sense(a oxymoron).experience and all those things that one endures to form a opinion!

Both. I work in both 5E and DMS switches on large business accounts, as well as the network DACS, Titans, on circuits all the way up to the backbone level....

ahh yes used to work on those and install them....
Also DCO's GTD-5 and a couple of oddball ones as well.
But then I started in electromechanical switches....
