Nortel equipment is the worst to have to work in. If you aren't trained correctly you wind up having me fix some easily avoidable mistake, but it would "seem" the right thing when you were doing it...

Nortel is.

I like the DACS and TITANs, they are command driven. Like the DMS, unlike the 5E at the provisioning level. Of course you can run the 5E at command level for higher level functions, but most people don't access at that level.
 
I have not worked on DACS and Titans.
Have not been playing the switch game for about 12 years.
Been driving provisioning software efforts.
Our core application is maybe still the largest client server app in the world.
and growing with fiber to the prem enhancements and such.
I think about 4 million lines of code.
But it is merely the hub for many other interfacing systems.

One of the main things we need to do is return power to individuals over corporations. We can do this by making those who run corporations individually responsible for the actions of the corporation. Whether this includes hiring undocumented workers, or donating to political campaigns.

FINE. We'll build up new businesses from scratch.

We need a new healthy dose of protectionism and tariffs. Shipping all jobs overseas and rendering all people wards of the state, while attractive to statist shitdicks, is not in the best interest of our nation.

Perhaps. But once upon a time a man named Galileo proved the earth was NOT the center of the Universe and that it went around the sun. This was contrary to the religious politics of the time. Everyone KNEW that the earth, as gods creation was the center of the universe. So the political powers that be used enhanced interrogation techniques to convince the gentleman that he was wrong. Because as you say, do your home work, and all your beliefs will be based on logic,law,common sense(a oxymoron).experience and all those things that one endures to form a opinion!
