Yet, you, the non-Inuit in our territory, rarely reflect that assumption, rather, the opposite. I have thought a lot about the level of damage having a highly transient, mostly white population does to Nunavut.

The only reason whites go to those dumps is because they're teachers or health care providers which natives get for free their entire short miserable life. So I agree with the OP. The Canadian gubmint needs to quit paying teachers and health care workers to live there.
