The market is up 8 days in a row, it went up more on the release!

The market does indeed react to reports on the day they are released toppy.

The economy's growth being anemic over the past three years doesn't mean that there won't be any positive reports. The point toppy is that the market didn't seem to think this was a very very very good report. The market, you see, understands that 1.3 is the number less transports. The market understands that transports numbers are volatile on a month to month basis.
