IMO, most people are not washing their hands enough because that is the case with most folks...pandemic or not. I have never come home from being outside and not washed my hands before touching anything in my home and changing out of my work or street clothes before even sitting down. My shoes are also left at the door and whatever comes into the house with me is also cleaned before being put away. The truth is that lots of people are not that fastidious in their daily lives and during a pandemic it's going to be more obvious. I also alcohol down my phones and computer mouse and keyboard daily but I don't believe the majority of people do this.

"Blue Tsunami" was Obama, who for a short period had a supermajority in both houses of congress and squandered it without passing any big legislation other than the world's crappiest health care law. Thankfully in January all it will take is one of those seats to keep that from happening, this was a blue puddle, not a "tsunami"... You lost seats in the house, negative seats, and were unable to take the Senate and have to sit around hoping for both seats in Georgia. When it doesn't happen you'll still be saying it was a "tsunami"...
Anyway, if the results stand as they are, it is barely a drip from a faucet, not a "tsunami".
When all is said and done, Biden will likely have about a 5-8% lead in the popular vote, with more than 80 million total votes.
So yeah...tsunami.
Also, if you're going to take this position, then you had to retroactively credit the Dems for a tsunami in 2018, since they won 41 seats in that election year, and lost what...6 of them this time? OK. Not all votes have been counted yet, and as we saw in 2018, House races could take weeks before being called.
