First of all, it is just a theory that Harvard Law School made up to debate the issue of whether America has used systemic RACISM to oppress the Black Man throughout American History.

Of course, it is not taught in High Schools!

Critical Race Theory is simply a theory for law students to debate the subject of Systemic Racism. Law students must learn the art of debate, so they use terms like Critical Race Theory as debate topics to debate over. Ask Ted Cruz or Obama about it, as they probably had to debate this in class.

Trust me, before Trump used this term, the first time any student would have used or even heard that term is if they attended a Law School- most particularly somewhere like where it was used originally at Harvard Law School!

It is a term to be used as a debate, because there are just as many arguments that suggest the theory is more than a theory, as someone could just as easily say there are as many examples to believe it is just a mere theory. SO NATURALLY EVERYONE IN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE AN OPINION ON THAT, SO IT BECOMES EASY MATERIAL TO ARGUE AND DEBATE ABOUT!

1) As I said earlier, isn't it funny how they keep saying this bigoted hate and discrimination isn't being taught, but then we see all these stories like the OP, where someone is freaking out over having to STOP teaching it...which tells people with functioning brains that they must have BEEN teaching it originally?
