Correct, one can join at 17, need parents permission.

Had a motorcycle license at 14, but limited in size of bike. I know because I worked a job at that age and rode to work every day, had a 250cc Kawasaki.

Come on Bullet Bob! Sure there are a lot of brats out there. But, I know some very smart school-age kids as well.

And I think it may surprise you how smart some are. Some are smarter than adults in just common sense alone!

I would like to see more voting freedom in Iran. Unfortunately, they have a system like the one you wish to introduce into the USA.
