My bet: She gets just over a year plus another on parole and hit with a $10,000 fine if she fights it to trial after spending about $50,000 on defending herself. More likely she pleas out for six months in prison with 18 months parole and a $1,000 fine.
That means she won't be protesting anything from now to about two years after she's sentenced because if she does it's likely she'll end up breaking parole conditions and be sent back to prison.
She has about a 2% chance of not being found guilty based on the current odds in federal court.
