Because our major cities are ran by members of the Democratic Party, they have become cesspools of violence and deadly diseases. Unfortunately it looks like the federal government may have to step in and clean it up. Taxpayers are under no obligation to help people who choose to be welfare bums and druggies. Perhaps camps need to be built in the desert, kinda like Maricopa county jail, and cut these people off from the drugs and try to find a place for mentally ill. Have to do something. Sometimes, from a purely rational standpoint, I think it would be better if we could just put these people down like we do with a pet when it is suffering. They have no value to our society. This is a risk to all citizens because of potential outbreak of bubonic plague.

The bubonic plague has already broken out in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Fortunately, the bubonic plague is treatable now.
Cholera has also been a problem already. We can now treat that too.
