Democrats are not soft on crime. They ARE Pro-Crime.

Yeah, what the f**k is that guy smoking? Trump a know rapist? LMFAO! And to see these dems like this one just dismiss or
reflect from the obvious violent crimes that allowed to take place over and over again in the U. S. of A. by these incompetent
and radical dem D.A.s and this current administration that thrives on letting illegals into our open border to do harm/murder on
the American people is just plain unconscionable. Methinks this poor richard guy must be suffering from a bad high on fentanyl.

I have a court ruling that says Trump is a rapist.

What do you have other than your head up your ass?
I guess you think you aren't really supporting a rapist if you don't believe he is a rapist.

But in reality, you are supporting a rapist because
Trump is a rapist!

Aren't you cute. Thinking if you deny facts then they don't exist.
It is a fact that has been proven in court -
Trump is a Rapist!!

Had he been previously been let out on bail when he raped?
All three people I’ve personally known that were murdered were killed by nice young men that dim da’s allowed out after turning their lives around having served a few days in jail.

Democrat D.A.'s have systematically refused to prosecute violent criminals (many of them illegals). Dem mayors and governors have released tens of thousands of violent criminals from America's prisons and abolished cash bail so that criminals are back on the streets immediately committing more crimes.

Those Dem D.A.'s sure do appreciate the anti American communist billionaire George Soros's money to help them keep their jobs and help them to release and go-
soft on criminals.

Dem mayors supported the mass violence orchestrated by BLM in nearly 220 cities in the summer of 2020, provided bail for arrested felons, defunded police forces, and instructed law enforcement to "stand down." These moves allowed protesters to loot, mug, and burn, and encouraged criminal mobs to sack and destroy downtown shopping centers and other places of business.

Progressives regard criminal lawlessness and mayhem as understandable responses to what they perceive as "social injustice"--actual courts and law be damned. To them, mass lootings are reparations, and individual robberies and thefts a socialist redistribution of wealth! :palm:

Not to fear, little MAGA morons. Trump will save you:

Ty Cobb, Trump's Whitehouse lawyer, says if Trump does not win the election, he knows he is going to jail, where he belongs. Trump has not even faced his worst crimes yet.

And yet it is the GOP that is about to nominate a known rapist as their presidential candidate.

Which party is the one that is soft on crime? It seems the GOP not only prefers criminals not be charged but actually worships them.

You are lying, Pobre.

Trump was not charged with rape or convicted of rape.

After Donald Trump was found liable for sexually abusing and defaming E. Jean Carroll, his legal team and his defenders lodged a frequent talking point. Despite Carroll's claims that Trump had raped her, they noted, the jury stopped short of saying he committed that particular offense.

Poor Pobre, that’s redundant, that’s redundant.

I guess you failed to see the judge's response to what Trump and his legal team where they tried to claim it wasn't rape.

As is shown in the following notes, the definition of rape in the New York Penal Law
is far narrower than the meaning of “rape” in common modern parlance, its definition in some
dictionaries,2 in some federal and state criminal statutes,3 and elsewhere. The finding that Ms.
Carroll failed to prove that she was “raped” within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does
not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump “raped” her
as many people commonly understand
the word “rape.” Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that
Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.

[snip]
Mr. Trump’s argument therefore ignores the
bulk of the evidence at trial, misinterprets the jury’s verdict, and mistakenly focuses on the New
York Penal Law definition of “rape” to the exclusion of the meaning of that word as it often is used
in everyday life and of the evidence of what actually occurred between Ms. Carroll and Mr. Trump.
[snip]
Accordingly, the jury’s negative answer to Question
1 means only that the jury was unpersuaded that Mr. Trump’s penis penetrated Ms. Carroll’s vagina.
It does not mean that he did not forcibly insert his fingers into her – that he “raped” her in the
broader sense of that word
which, as discussed above, includes any penetration by any part of an
accused’s body (including a finger or fingers) or any other object.

Poor Earl, doesn't seem to understand that fact finders don't just rely on the statements of one side when deciding what is true. Trump's argument that you are simply repeating without context or understanding the specious nature of that argument was soundly rejected in a 59 page ruling that states why that argument is not valid.

Of course, you are free to argue Trump only committed sexual abuse where he put his fingers in a woman without her consent. That isn't quite the defense you think it is. It only proves that
Trump is a rapist!!

You are lying, Pobre.

Trump was not charged with rape or convicted of rape.

If we use your idiotic argument then you can't accuse me of lying since I was never charged with lying or convicted of lying. This only proves you have no actual standard when contemplating what facts are. You simply change your standard to fit your bias. This is the action of a stupid person.

In reality, people can do something without being convicted in a court of law. It is that reality that shows that
Trump is a Rapist!!

I guess you failed to see the judge's response to what Trump and his legal team where they tried to claim it wasn't rape.

You are hallucinating still, Sock.

Ty Cobb, Trump's Whitehouse lawyer, says if Trump does not win the election, he knows he is going to jail, where he belongs. Trump has not even faced his worst crimes yet.

It's very telling that that people who worked the closest to Trump have the worst things to say about him:

Trump's Own Cabinet Members - People He Hired - Have Repeatedly Warned the American Public That Trump is POISON to Our Nation

"He is more dangerous than anyone can imagine." Gen. James Mattis, Trump's former Defense Sec.

Trump "has no idea what America stands for" and "has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the Rule of Law." Gen. John Kelly, Trump's former WH Chief of Staff.

"He is a consummate narcissist... He will always put his own interests... ahead of everything else, including the country's interests." Bill Barr, Trump's former Attorney General.

"Trump and other officials have repeatedly compromised our principles in pursuit of partisan advantage and personal gain." Gen. HR McMaster, Trump's former National Security Advisor.

"He is not fit to be President." John Bolton, Trump's former National Security Advisor.

"He puts himself before country. His actions are all about him and not about the country." Mark Esper, Trump's former Defense Secretary.

Texas Continues President Trump’s Historic Border Security Legacy

Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Texas National Guard continue to work together to secure the border; stop the smuggling of drugs, weapons, and people into Texas; and prevent, detect, and interdict transnational criminal activity between ports of entry.

Since the launch of Operation Lone Star, the multi-agency effort has led to over 502,500 illegal immigrant apprehensions and more than 40,100 criminal arrests, with more than 35,900 felony charges. In the fight against the fentanyl crisis, Texas law enforcement has seized over 468 million lethal doses of fentanyl during this border mission.

Texas has also transported:

Over 12,500 migrants to Washington, D.C. since April 2022
Over 38,600 migrants to New York City since August 2022
Over 31,800 migrants to Chicago since August 2022
Over 3,400 migrants to Philadelphia since November 2022
Over 16,400 migrants to Denver since May 18
Over 1,500 migrants to Los Angeles since June 14
Operation Lone Star continues to fill the dangerous gaps created by the Biden Administration’s refusal to secure the border. Every individual who is apprehended or arrested and every ounce of drugs seized would have otherwise made their way into communities across Texas and the nation due to President Joe Biden’s open border policies.
