That would be almost double what he got in '16. Now I personally don't think he'll get anywhere near 15%. But let's say he does. Not that the popular vote matters but the last time a Republican won a majority was Bush in 2004 and he got 11% of the black vote. If Trump gets 15% of the black vote in 2020 Republicans will not be afraid, they will be celebrating and chances would be high that Trump runs away with the election.
Or, you are still a master at disguising it.
The issue with all these guesses is that nobody can truly say who voted for anyone with any degree of accuracy. What goes on in the voting both is private.
