I don't give a SHIT about Mexican citizens and their money issues. The US is hemorrhaging, by your admission, $63.3 billion a year from our economy into Mexico's. A good chunk of those remittances are to drug cartels, not some innocent peasant family. It'd be fine if legal US citizens wanted to send their family and relatives cash overseas, so long as that money wasn't going to terrorists or criminals.
