democrats don't understand what fascism is

Regulations concerning such are the purview of State and local governments. The federal government has no authority here.

I can see the feds having a role. For example, air pollution created in say, California will blow east into Arizona and Nevada. That is now an interstate issue. The same would be true for truly navigable waterways like the Mississippi River that flows through many states.

How is it fake news that the GOP nominated a Nazi with 20,000 votes?

Oh right, you're going to just come up with an excuse because that's what you always do since you can't debate anything.

Circular argument fallacy (fundamentalism). Assumption of victory fallacy. Redefinition fallacy (debate<->conversation).

Define this 'pollution'.

The feds do in the same way they are allowed to regulate interstate commerce. Thus, if state A builds some factory that releases all sorts of pollution into the air or a river and that pollution drifts into state B's territory, it becomes a federal issue. If state C does some sort of pollution and it enters federal land, it becomes a federal issue. So, the feds DO have some authority over pollution within a state.

A buzzword. It's a meaningless phrase.

ok. let me try this again. what would you call it when elected officials give large amounts of money to people they are connected to by granting business contracts, bypassing fair bids and equal opportunities of other corporations NOT connected to those same officials?

and we knew this by the constant repetition of the word aimed at anything even remotely resembling conservatism

Democratic Rep. Maxwell Frost says Florida's proposed permitless carry law is 'fascism'

Freshman Rep. Maxwell Frost, D-Fla., said that Constitutional carry is "fascism," as Florida move towards allowing citizens to carry a firearm with fewer restrictions.

My fellow Democrats who opine that the absence of firearms control laws is fascist are apparently taking the opportunity to sound as stupid as Republicans sound on most other subjects.

There is absolutely nothing fascist about the freedom to bear arms.

Democrats who go beyond background checks and assault weapon bans in their anti-gun crusades usually represent the intellectual dregs of my party.
Most Democrats do not, however.

Nope. The federal government has NO authority whatsoever on defining 'pollution'. You STILL have not described 'the pollution'. Nobody is buying or selling 'pollution'. There is no interstate commerce.
The federal government has NO authority whatsoever on banning interstate commerce.
