Exactly. Nothing that happened last night was unexpected. I have stated in the past and continue to be pleased that NYC has chosen communism over capitalism. The choice was between a proven failure in Cuomo, or a guy who promised to open the jails, allow 911 operators to decide whether or not to include police officers in the reaponse, impose rent controls which will be interesting if you are a landloard, heavily increase the already sky high city taxes, challenge private ownership of grocery stores by creating government run food shelves, and cut funding to the police and use it to support other community programs.

The great experiment will be; how will this all play out?
