I have no idea whether such a tape exists. If it doesn't, though, I wonder what the source of the rumor is. I mean, it could literally come down to something a Russian whore made up after getting a lousy tip from Trump during one of his Moscow stays. Or it could be something floated by business or political rivals. Etc. It's hard to see Steele himself having manufactured it, though.
