no, it is not. you have to have evidence of a CRIME before you can count as evidence someone saying they saw a crime. there is no evidence, not any, that any real fraud occurred, and especially any fraud that would make up the huge amounts of votes trump is getting his ass kicked by. it is called prima facie evidence, or habeas corpus, which means "the body of a crime."
