The difference between the two is far more likely to be the length of her heels than it is to be him wearing a uniform and somehow having huge heels in his uniform shoes (you'd be able to see them in the type of shoes you are allowed to wear in uniform).

I don't see her feet or shoes in any of those pictures, so for all anyone knows, she was wearing short heels or possibly even flats.

Here's a pic where he seems to not be wearing lifts and the two of them are almost exactly the same height....

Note that here her feet and shoes are hidden, too.

In one pic he's 3" taller than her and in another they're the same height.

Usually when they arrest you, they do not measure you. They either copy the self reported height from your license, or they guesstimate your height. If they guesstimated his height, he would add a few inches in hair and shoe. If it was self reported, he is not exactly an honest person.

We never know how tall Gaetz is.
