If you ask me it has lost a lot of the prestige it once had, begause it has been awarded to a number of ass-holes like Yassar Arafat; and - as mentioned - it was also awarded to Obama basically for the fact that he was a Black who managed to get himself elected US President. In my own opinion - if he is even interested in the Nobel Peace Prize Trump would be a fitting recipient of this "gong.", Because ne has, in fact, done a lot of good, (i.e. work that has actually "made a real difference"(and meaningful trying to prevent and stop wars.
