Different amendment.

The Equal Rights Amendment, first proposed in 1923, is still not part of the U.S. Constitution.

The ERA has been ratified by 35 of the necessary 38 states. When three more states vote yes, the ERA might become the 28th Amendment.

This is totally random but your responses just made me laugh out loud charver. I was reading a book last night and it spoke of a guy who gave a presentation to his executive committee and it was so slow and boring and way over filled with numbers and after rattling off a few numbers in a row the head of the committee stood up and yelled 'bingo' and the whole room erupted in laughter and they essentially stopped the guys speech.
