Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis uninjured in car accident Tuesday in Tennessee, campaign says

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a leading 2024 Republican presidential candidate, was not injured after he was involved in a car accident in Tennessee Tuesday morning, according to his spokesperson.

"This morning, the governor was in a car accident while traveling to an event in Chattanooga, Tennessee," DeSantis' spokesperson Bryan Griffin told USA TODAY. "He and his team are uninjured."

It wouldn't surprise me if they did.

He needs a better security team that's for sure.

Why would anyone try to assassinate Puddin' Hands? He's doing a terrific job of assassinating his own campaign. LOL

DeSantis’s rocky week adds to image of campaign in crisis
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) tumultuous week is underscoring the mounting challenges his campaign faces in the race against former President Trump.

On Tuesday, the campaign announced it was laying off 38 staffers in an effort to “streamline operations and put Ron DeSantis in the strongest position to win this primary.” The round of layoffs was the second in recent weeks.

The governor faced other awkward headlines as well, including news that his campaign fired a staffer who promoted Nazi imagery on social media. The recent stumbles and shake-ups are seen as further evidence that DeSantis’s campaign is struggling to find its footing a month away from the first GOP primary debate in August.

Because liberals are hateful and violent.

They would string up every conservative and Christian in the nation if they could.

Really, Tink? Is it vodka time in Moscow, tovarich?

My observations are that the vast majority of liberals are whiners. Sadly, over the past 30 years, that's also the condition of most Republicans. Only a few on JPP, such as SmartherthanYou and RB 60, have openly advocated murdering innocent Americans.

Your connection with reality seems to be tenuous at best.

I'm thinking Tinker is a Drinker. :clink:

Fortunately, Tink,
it's not a crime to find the thought of DeSantis getting whacked to be hilariously amusing.

This is America. We cap each others asses for no reason at all over here.
It's what the framers wanted.

In this case, some actual good would likely result from the anyway inevitable violence
that we experience all of the time.
