Not only is he too stupid to understand the complexities of foreign policy, he's too stupid to realize that he's too stupid.

His number one concern is his business interests, which govern his every move w/respect to foreign policy.

Secondary, but as important, is that Putin definitely has poop on him.

You can tell when Putin calls, and reminds him. He tweets another inane policy decision.

Did not happen. He removed him from position at Central Command. He still had a job in command, just not as big. So not the same thing at all.
