A friend that got laid off told me his COBRA payment was over $1,000/mo. But with the gummit paying 65% he can afford to keep ins while he searches for another job with benefits.

Eh, I'm not sure I notice it. I'd rather be working. I'm tired of remodeling the house. Looking at moving, some place with more prospects... or wherever my wife finds a job. She was laid of from the same company at the same time and her prospects are looking better than mine.
