Dishwasher Noisy

I have to replace the septic tank and field, it's like somewhere around 20,000. I found this out last month. So yeah I'm trying to save. Too bad, because I was doing better, got a raise, and then this happens. Oh well, good thing I've saved before to pay for some of it and pay the rest of it by adding on to the mortgage.
It's probably really the only worse thing about living in the country, paying for the whole plumbing/drainage stuff yourself.

So what's up with lazypig, haven't heard any stories in awhile.

LP got a job she's a dishwasher at a restaurant. her bike got stolen a few weeks ago...

We have her do the dishes....
I know what you mean about the septic tank thing, we don't have one but my friend had to replace his its a bitch. thats the only think that sucks about owning a house is fixing all this stuff that breaks when you least expect it.

He already has a dishwasher, aka Wife ;)
Butt then some of those are noisier than the electroc models...
Let her get a job and buy a new one.

running for cover now...
Nah, I pretty much do all the dishes, I'm not in your generation us. ;)
She does I would say most of the housework, but I do a fair amount.

I am not quite "nermal" for my generation either. When I was married I did most of the housework because she was too lazy or busy with church and it had to be done. Clean dishes to eat out of and clothes to wear are a necessity not a luxury as she seemed to see it.
I still do my own housework now. Much less to do though since I am not cleaning after my Ex's lazy ass too.
I do have a lady come in once a week and vaccum and dust and such though.

where is it at in Jersey?

Yep! Its near Rutgers. Its a 4 BR/2 Bath bi-level with a nice sized yard and fireplace and a two car garage. Its only 2100 Sq Ft but its just my boyfriend and me right now so its fine.

you should have sex in the front yard when you move in

Yeah bigger is more to clean too, but you know, over the years you'll want more furniture, maybe an office room, space for toys (when you have kids), shelves and so on. You'll be surprised how quick you fill up the space.

Congratulations though Tiana, I always feel good when there are more homeowners, once you get those property tax bills, I suspect you'll veer a little more to the right. I see another Conservative in the works. ;)

Now comes the drapery and furniture shopping...

Actually I think before we get a bunch of furniture and stuff we're probably going to get the siding done, new windows, fix the floors, etc. Its just the two of and we hardly entertain so I think I can stand a sparsely decorated place for a while.

HAHAHA, yep, I remember first moving in and thinking how much space we had and now it's all taken by more furniture. Oh well, can't complain too much, it does look good and it's not like I know anything about decorating.

I may end up buying new, that's what my wife wanted the whole time, but the one we had before I got for 50$ and it worked ok for 3 years.
Plus I have a very large expense coming up so I'm looking to save where I can.
As long as it cleans well and is not leaking, you're pretty much OK. Beefy is right about the seal - if you're doing the bearing, do the seal too.
