I have heard too many stories to dismiss them on your account...also that morale was down impacting guest experience but maybe that is better now with the new union contracts.

I can’t speak to that but I enjoy my visits other than how expensive everything is.
Disneys profit has dropped a billion dollar’s in the 2022/2023 financial quarters dropping thei stock price so I highly doubt the shareholders want spending a billion more on new office space

No the problem is that Disney lost so much money recently that the cost to relocate this part of the business was more expensive then the higher taxes they have to pay in California.
Right now they are trying to cut their massive losses in the short term to raise their stock price
