Do any of you Right-Wingers actually follow your own standards? Or...

You have my permission to just retroban him if he's spamming.

I've reported him for violating Rule #13....but will begin adding that he doesn't act like an adult. :)

13. No Self-Moderation of the Board. Definition: making a thread unreadable through using extra large fonts or other means to block usage of a thread/forum. Rules will be enforced by the Administration or by Staff Members... Let's be adult here....

Wrong Douchey Karbuncle, ... you Leftists want to install ACTIVIST justices, ... NOT Originalists.

Thank you for even more evidence you are an immature liar.

Here's some good life advice for you: Get a fucking job. Grow up. Stop lying. I guarantee you'll be happier and better off for it.

"Honesty is the first chapter of the book wisdom"
-- Thomas Jefferson

“Search others for their virtues, thyself for thy vices.”
-- Benjamin Franklin

“If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead and rotten,
either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing.”

-- Benjamin Franklin

Trump only appoints political operatives. Since Trump is all about Trump and routinely suggests breaking the law and violating the Constitution, there's very little expectation on my part that he will do the right thing here. It's not his nature. He's the scorpion in the Scorpion and the Frog story.

Bush appointed John Roberts thinking he was a staunch conservative, but he rules based on law not politics. So Trump doesn't know how his appointment will rule. He can only hope.

If you roll the dice enough times, it comes up seven. :)

The fact remains Trump isn't interested in doing what is best for the United States, he's only interested in what's best for him. Normally Congress would be the doorstop to such nonsense but that hasn't happened for several years now.

The Roberts court in the most "activist" in memory. They have reached past a small decision to make wide and sweeping changes. The Reds don't care about an activist court. They want it to favor them and they use the label badly like big puppy did.

Which is the great irony about Republican complaints about "activist judges". They whine and bitch about "activist judges" then appoint activist judges to politicize the courts. It's classic Gaslighter and sociopathic behavior which is why Trump isn't new, he simply epitomizes modern American politics since.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/...201702/why-gaslighters-accuse-you-gaslighting
Gaslighters — people who try to control others through manipulation — will often accuse you of behaviors that they are engaged in themselves. This is a classic manipulation tactic....

...Gaslighting tactics include:

  • Blatantly lying.
  • Splitting — pitting you against a friend or family member.
  • Working to align others against you.
  • Telling others that you are crazy, unstable, or manipulative.
  • Lying about things they said and did, even though you swear those things happened.
  • Telling you they don’t like your family and friends — but for vague reasons.

Many gaslighters...:

  • Cheat in relationships, yet accuse their victims of cheating.
  • Accuse their victims of being addicts, when they are the true addicts.
  • Accuse their victims of manipulation, when they are the ones who manipulate.

Gaslighters will accuse others of these actions even when there is direct evidence that they are engaging in the same behaviors. Why do gaslighters do this? They are making pre-emptive strikes and/or projecting.

https://datingasociopath.com/2013/0...cuse-you-of-what-they-are-guilty-of-themself/
The sociopath will always accuse you of doing the very thing that they are guilty of themselves. They do this to deflect the attention from them.

Examples of this are

  • Accusing you of cheating
  • Accusing you of being dishonest or lying
  • Accusing you of talking about them
  • Accusing you of doing whatever it is that they are guilty of themselves

All of life works best with balance. Get out of balance -- like stacking the Court with far right or far left justices -- is not good for the nation. That's what #TRE45ON hopes to do, and what conservatives are praying for.

I don't see the (D)s going nuclear over the results if the Toadstool wins. But I can guarantee you that when Biden is elected, the Toadstool will stop at NOTHING to overturn the results and/or delegitimize them. One of my friends commented the other day that she can see Trump having a king-in-exile thing going at Mar-A-Lago, tweeting and screeching and otherwise doing everything possible to keep his ugly mug in the public's eye and have influence over the drooling morons who support him.

I'm hoping his coming legal troubles will distract him from that.

So the fact that Biden has been told not to accept any results escapes you!

Steve, you are an adult, pls act accordingly.........

If you have a problem here pls deal w/ it.

If you don't like it here you have plenty of other options....

That is not an option with Steven. Not an insult, just the truth. He's annoying but to be pitied. Without people to care for him, giving him a home and a computer, he'd probably be one of those homeless guys panhandling for cigarettes and talking to himself on a street curb.

Modern Conservatism is literally built on a tradition of opposing Democracy. I'm sure there are some Conservatives who honestly believe in things like small government, but the majority are following in their ideological tradition.

Screw "ideological tradition". Small government is pretty much the only thing that matters anymore.

In a pure democracy, laws are made directly by the voting majority leaving the rights of the minority largely unprotected. This is why the left hates the electoral college when it loses, and basically says "the electoral what? I went to Harvard!", when they win.

The left loves BIG government. You want proof of this? Vote in person. Pick a few people at random and watch how long it takes them to vote. The jackass will be at the booth for 45 minutes voting on issues they have absolutely no idea of the content or consequences of(the Broward County, FL 2018 ballot had 10 damn pages!), and the republican will be in and out in 5 minutes after voting for the PEOPLE he wants to pay to make all these stupid little decisions for him. All morning, I've been listening to democrats whining to "let the people decide" about this SCOTUS nominee. Two things: 1) That ain't the way it works and 2) The people DID decide this, in 2016.

I'm rooting for him........:) lol

Agreed on the bolded. Unfortunately, after 9/11, the Right has become addicted to big government. The only difference between Left and Right these days is what form that Big Government takes.

Trump was blowing up the budget deficit for years before COVID-19 and the Republicans applauded him doing it. Obviously the Democrats were near worthless when it came to limiting the budget.

LOL I'd put money on the table he can't do it. Seriously. He seems incapable of normal behavior in carrying a conversation.

It's easy to throw "You're mental!" accusations on a forum just like any other names, but would I be wrong to assume that most people notice there are a lot more "off" people on forums than IRL? It doesn't take even a HS diploma to notice when someone isn't "normal" mentally. Any normal adult, especially over 40, can easily pick up on what is or isn't rational behavior.

In some people a mild case of "eccentricities" is cute or amusing but a little too much just becomes annoying. A lot too much becomes dangerous, usually for person themselves, but could easily include dangers to friends and family due to proximity.

WHile I would agree via personal experience, but the experiences are obviously different......

For many reasons but I tend to think a major one is the anonymity..........

Many say things they would never say IRL, nor play their tough guy rolls, lest they be backhanded more often than not......

As I said in the last conversation about this/related-many have nothing else going on, this is their life & perhaps after a while they start to believe they are the persona they play, or in some cases, @ least one of them lol............

Agreed about the anonymity factor. It's like "a drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts".

Agreed that weak or lame people say things here they don't in public. Most are just petty assholes and I have zero doubt most of their coworkers already know that about them. More likely they are afraid of getting fired for being dumbasses but like to act like bigshot tough guys online. It makes them pathetic here and IRL.

We disagree on the last part; people have many facets, but what they show here isn't an act. It's them. Maybe the dark, slimy underside of them which they don't show to their mothers and decent people, but it's still them.

Steven isn't an anonymity guy, he is known quite a lot of places by the same titles and has been banned from many. Thanks to Facebook being a sneak they think I know the guy more and he falls under my people you may know file. I guess he uses Facebook as well but most younger generations do.
