Do you support prosecution of media critical of candidates?

On a forum full of people who don't seem to know what free speech actually is,
here we have an example of what it REALLY means....
simply, you don't get arrested for giving your opinion.

Morally, Fox News and Trumpanzees in general probably deserve to be herded onto to cattle cars
and sent off to who knows where.

However, our Constitution, of which I'm overtly critical,
doesn't allow for that.

Decide for yourselves if that's good or bad.

There's nothing stopping him currently from suing for slander/libel (besides the obvious fact that he has no case). He doesn't need to be president to do that.

I don't think he believed he could lock her up. He just says anything'/everything necessary to get votes.

If we're putting talking heads in prison for lies, Fox news will have to close down immediately. Their staff was so bad, they had to get rid of the top rated host in cable news...because his lies cost Fox 3/4 of a billion dollars.

OH so it is the Dems that want to take Americans first Amendment rights away and NOT Trump?
I haven't hear any Dems say if they got reelected they were going to get revenge on their political opponents and going to go after MSM shutting them down because they said things they didn't like, I have heard Trump say that.

At the time, I would agree, but over the years, I've come to think he's delusional enough to believe it. The man is not well.

Maybe. I honestly don't know. I always wondered if he actually believed the election was stolen or if he just says it to stir up anger. A couple weeks ago he infamously acknowledged that he lost the election, which tells me, even on the biggest of big topics, he's just lying and doesn't actually believe what he's saying.
