Do you want walmart employees in your house stocking the frig??

Oh, so they limit the options...... On a reg order you can get anythng though??

Yes, that would be what I would expect, some kid rushing it out, clueless as to quality etc..

I don't know what they are doing now. Their giant carts block the aisles, the shopper-employees seem to be on a time crunch, and from what I've seen online, it's mostly convenience food stuff. Not my thing.

You might re-think that when you are an old bag ... and nobody gives a shit about you .

Having someone come in and give you food ... and concern is a positive .

Your trolling is pretty much a fail, my dear. I *am* an "old bag". Do you think that "giving a shit" means that it's okay to give elderly shut-ins sub-par food items because they're old and you can get away with it?

No wonder you're a Trumpanzee. You go for everything subhuman and sub-par.

But I can see how this service could be a godsend for someone homebound, disabled or sick with no way to get to the store.

Or who almost poked their eye out with a branch. LOL

I agree; what a nice service if you are unable to get out for whatever reason. I sure would urge anyone using it though to carefully check the quality of what they receive, and make use of Google reviews and other on-line feedback review things to keep them honest.

With Walmart, maybe. Publix, a grocery store in the South, is like the best grocery store in the world. I think they are the top rated company for customer service in Florida.

Oh no, I go to the store all the time. I've seen the advertisements for these services from Publix and Whole Foods.

Those stores do home delivery? Walmart doesn't offer that; just on-line ordering and they meet you out in the parking lot and load your car. Meijer is starting to offer home delivery but it's not available here yet. Besides I doubt if they'd want to drive 30 minutes up to the northwoods. lol

It would have been nice for my last hospice guy though. He lived in a nice condo unit in town and couldn't drive or even take the bus anymore because he was nearly blind. I would have been concerned though, if I was his family person, about him being ripped off by low-quality groceries that he couldn't see.

I know you are very concerned about walmart employees so why don't you start a thread about that?? In the mean time do you have a comment on the topic??

I did if you were clever enough to note it.

But since you are not, Walmart would not take a risk acriss 5000 outlets if there were not mechinisms to keep the staff honest. That level fuckup would bankrupt them. So, no elitist one, i am ok with the concept.
